VENUE ONLY RATES
(Rates as of June 2008)

GARDEN Venue only (exclusive use for 7 hours)

- The above rates are applicable for any 7-hour block between 8AM and 10PM.
- In case an evening event extends beyond 12AM, it will have to be ended at least 3 hours before the start of another scheduled event. Thus, if a morning event is to begin at 8AM, an event that started during the previous night can only be extended until 5AM.
- Rates are inclusive of electricity charges and village access for guests.
PAVILION (exclusive use for 7 hours)

- The above rates are applicable for any 7-hour block between 8AM and 10PM.
- In case an evening event extends beyond 12AM, it will have to be ended at least 3 hours before the start of another scheduled event. Thus, if a morning event is to begin at 8AM, an event that started during the previous night can only be extended until 5AM.
- Rates are inclusive of electricity charges, village access for guests, and the use of the pavilion’s built-in PA system (n.b. only in-house audio technicians are allowed to operate the PA system).
- Pavilion is fully airconditioned.
Corkage
- A 10% corkage is billed to clients for events catered by Mango Farm-accredited caterers. This, however, is waived for venue-catering packages offered by specific caterers in our accredited list.
- If the client chooses to avail of a catering service outside the current list of accredited caterers for the Mango Farm, there will be a corkage fee of 25% of rental of facilities, excluding overtime surcharge, or 15% of external caterer’s cost, whichever is higher. As protection for the Mango Farm grounds, non-accredited caterers must pay in cash, a bond fee of P5,000 prior to setting up on site. This is completely refundable at the end of an event after a favorable site inspection conducted by the Mango Farm groundskeepers.
- For the garden venues, the Farm has a basic in-house PA system that can be rented for P5,000, inclusive of an audio technician. If the client chooses to avail of the services of an external PA/mobile system company, the Farm will charge a corkage of P3,000 for a basic set-up (i.e no light and special effects installations).
- BEER (bottled and/or canned): first 5 cases (i.e. 120 units) are free from corkage; P400/case thereafter
- BEER (barrel): first barrel is free from corkage; P1000/barrel thereafter
- WINE and LIQUOR (750ml bottles): first 12 bottles are free from corkage; P200/bottle thereafter
- ICE: P1,500 per 100 guests (applicable only if using our in-house catering service)
Making reservations and payments
- To reserve a date, the Farm requires the payment of a P10,000 reservation fee. P5,000 of this is counted towards the payment of the final bill, while the remaining P5,000 serves as a bond that is completely refundable at the end of an event if no damages are incurred, either intentionally or accidentally, by guests of clients.
- After reservation, the client has the option to pay the remaining balance in up to four installments. All payment obligations have to be settled a week before the scheduled event.
- An event can either be moved to an earlier date or postponed up to a month with no penalty or imposition of new tariffs if the request to reschedule is made 3 months before the original event date. Otherwise, a change-of-date penalty of 15% of original transaction cost or new tariffs, whichever is higher, will be applied. Clients who indefinitely postpone their event shall forfeit their payments after the original event date has passed.
Restrictions
- No two events will be hosted simultaneously
- Buffet set-ups and tables will be allowed only on designated areas.
- Trash segregation is enforced. We provide bins to facilitate your separation of trash according to generally accepted categories namely:
o plastics/styro/plastic-lined foil such as Zesto packs*
o tin, aluminum, glass bottles
o paper and food scraps (compost material)

*As our contribution to environmentalism, we encourage you to completely avoid plastic and styro wares if possible. We will deduct an additional 2% from venue rentals of events conducted absolutely with no disposable plastics/styros, as assessed by our groundskeepers.

VENUE + CATERING PACKAGE RATES
The Mango Farm has affordable packages for all celebrations requiring quality catering. All these package prices already include venue rental for a 7 hour-block within 8AM-10PM. To avail of these low package rates, a minimum guest count of 80 is required. Please give us a lead time of at least 1 month before the scheduled function. We require 50% down payment upon confirmation of package request, and the remaining 50% a week before the catered event.
• To all packages, P5,000 is added to the total bill to cover for electricity and village access for guests to enter Kingsville Court on the event day.
• To upgrade to airconditioned pavilion, add P12,000 for guest count of 80, P16,000 for guest count of up to 200, or P20,000 for guest count of up to 300.
• Service charge is 10% of package cost excluding electricity/access/ and applicable upgrade charges.
